Procedures linked to the COVID-19

With the reopening of our clinic in the wake of the COVID-19 shutdown, we are following the new safety norms issued by the Ordre des dentistes du Québec and Minister of Health to the letter in order to better protect our patients and staff from a possible infection.

Here are the new procedures in place:

  1. In order to enter the clinic, you need an appointment.
  2. On the day and time of your appointment, you need to call our reception in order to get access to the clinic. Our waiting room is temporarily closed.
  3. You will need to complete a short medical questionnaire concerning possible COVID-19 symptoms. First when you take your appointment and then upon arrival at the clinic.
  4. Please wear a mask at all times in the clinic. We will provide a disposable mask if you do not have one.
  5. It is not necessary to wear gloves. You will need to wash your hands upon arrival and departure of the clinic.
  6. We ask that the person accompanying you to your appointment not enter the clinic. They can stay in the lobby or vehicule; we will call them to come up once you are ready to leave. We need to control the number of people in the clinic for the safety of everyone.
  7. In order to minimize the exchange of paper, all documents will be sent via email or available on our website. As well, all prescriptions will be called or faxed directly to your pharmacy.

We are happy to welcome you back to our clinic and with these new procedures, we are confident that your experience will be satisfying and that we will all be safe.

See you soon.
